To ensure your satisfaction when you receive your items, we check your orders thoroughly as part of quality control and assurance before dispatching them. Hence, all sales are final, and are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. We generally do not accept returns or exchanges once a purchase has been made. However, in the unlikely event of a genuine manufacturing defect, we will gladly review your case and offer an exchange or repair where appropriate.
To initiate a review, please contact us at support@fableyarn.com.sg within 7 days of receiving your order, providing clear photos/videos and a brief description of the issue. Our team will assess whether it qualifies as a manufacturing defect.

Terms for Exchanges Due to Genuine Manufacturing Defects

Customers must contact FableYarn at support@fableyarn.com.sg within 7 days of receiving the item.

Requests must include clear photographs and a detailed description of the defect.

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

All shipping fees shall be borne by the customer.

Items damaged during shipping will not be eligible for exchange.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the same item is no longer available, a suitable replacement or store credit may be offered. No refunds will be provided.

All sales items are final. We are unable to accept returns/exchanges for discounted items.
We reserve the right to reject any item that does not meet the requirements of the terms above.
The exchange policy above only applies to orders shipped within Singapore. For international orders, we are unable to provide returns/exchanges at this time.
